LILYS.JEWELRY offers FREE Standard Shipping on all orders!
We ship your order with register airmail. Delivery times vary for different countries, but you will be able to check your delivery status with the tracking number provided. We always ship within 1 - 2 business days, so you should not wait for your purchase too long!
All LILYS.JEWELRY orders are shipping from Hong Kong. Please note that you are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and customs fees that may occur.
Payment Secure Options
LILYS.JEWELRY accepts payments via Credit Cards (which includes VISA, MasterCard and America Express), Apple Pay (using Safari on the iPhone, iPad, and Mac) and PayPal. We never receive your payment information.
Please note that if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through PayPal via your credit card or bank account. Once you're redirected to PayPal, instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select the option to pay with a debit or credit card. You'll then be prompted to fill in your credit card information and your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
Returns and Refunds
LILYS.JEWELRY wants you to be happy and love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with them, simply return them to us for a refund, however, that we cannot refund your shipping cost.
You can return the item within 14 days of reception of goods. Please note that all returns must be made using Register mail (you are responsible for return shipping costs) and items must be returned to us in their original, undamaged condition. We will issue your refund as soon as we receive the goods back. Thank you for your understanding!
Items can't be returned
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale / Free gift / Gift Card
- Earrings
LILYS.JEWELRY takes great care when packing an item. Still, should a piece reach you damaged contact us straight away (with a picture of the damage where possible) and we get it sorted out.
